Lauren (Lola) Taylor
RYT-200
Lauren (Lola) was first introduced to yoga in a home exercise video program; however, taking a yoga class as an elective in college sparked her interest into making yoga a part of her life. Lauren has found Savasana, Final Resting Pose, at the end of each class, to be an inspiration. And she acknowledges the progress made, not only physically, but mentally, each time she steps onto her mat. In 2017 Lauren attended and graduated from Soul.Full School of Yoga, a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Registered School in Fort Worth, Texas. She studied with local yoga masters Amber Shumake and Lauren Wessinger, as well as worked alongside Nancy Kidd-Weyenberg. Lauren’s style of teaching blends together a challenging, yet safe and lighthearted flow, leaving students feeling strong and fulfilled.
Lauren also has a passion for strength training and possesses a background in Exercise Science. Not only does she have prior experience as a personal trainer, she is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Lauren has worked in the world of Physical Therapy for over 6 years and uses her skills to guide students through alignment and modifications. Lauren also has a gift of being a compassionate listener, offering solid connections in the community through yoga to promote wellness.
In her free time, Lauren likes to travel and spend time outdoors with her husband, two children and their Italian Greyhound.
